GospelFab! is pleased to announce that Syndicated Radio Personality Corey “CoCo Brother” Condrey married Gospel Recording Artist Joann Rosario on New Years Eve in a ceremony in Chicago.
‘Their Story’:
A few years ago, while Joann was promoting one of her albums, she did an interview for “The Spirit of Hip-Hop,” Cory’s radio show. Cory was in Los Angeles so they did not meet at that time but they became more familiar with each others ministries. “Cory’s producer encouraged him t look up info on Joann but Cory insisted that they had no time to check out girls and they needed to stay focused on Kingdom work.”
It was around earlier April 2008 that Joann Rosario reached out to Cory Condrey after seeing his page on their friend Darwin Hobbs Myspace page. A chance email of encouragement led to a three-way phone conversation with the two of them and Darwin Hobbs on the line. It led to Cory and Joann building a friendship through emails, which eventually led to a few conversations on the phone. This went on for 2 to 3 months, while they remained in the “friend zone”.
It was around July 12, when Joann had a singing engagement in Atlanta, GA (Cory’s home). They met for the first time face to face. They went to eat Friday’s Restaurant. After conversation, this was the day that Cory decided to pursue something more than friendship. It was on Labor Day that Cory went to Chicago to ask her father if he could date her, as it is custom in her culture. Her father gave him his blessing and told him that he could marry her as soon as they were ready.
So December 31, 2008 was designated to be the big day!
‘What’s next for the couple?’
Well Joann has relocated to Atlanta and the couple will be working in ministry together on the Radio on Praise 97.5… and they lived happily ever after.

Joann Rosario you chose to marry Coco Brother (Cory Condrey) in December 2008 and not Donnie McClurkin, which was after initially having an intimate relationship with Donnie McClurkin and Coco Brother (Cory Condrey) at your own will but not the Will Of God. So Joann Rosario you initially had intimate relationship with these two men in a way which was against the Word of God and also which was not the Will Of God. Joann Rosario you had this intimate relationship with Coco Brother who initially was about to marry another woman called ‘Z’. Coco Brother then had to cancel the marriage with the woman called ‘Z’ and Coco Brother left the woman called ‘Z’ that he was going to marry.
Joann Rosario after fornicating and having sex with Coco Brother you got pregnant out of Wedlock. So Joann Rosario You and Coco Brother Got Pregnant Out Of Wedlock before the two of you married in December 2008, and so you should repent. Some people look on the outside of a person but God looks in the Inside of the Heart of each person so repent and let God make the Inside of your Heart look Clean and beautiful and to look just like Jesus Christ because Jesus Christ is coming back very soon. Don’t think that you can fool the people of God and sin in secret and hide it and keep covering it up thinking that if no one knows about your sins you are alright. If no one have seen you or knows about your sins God knows and have already seen your sins so you should at least have fear (reverence) and respect for the Lord Jesus Christ who is our God and Saviour in which you say you sing about. Because the Word Of God says in Proverbs 1:7 that, “THE FEAR (REVERENCE) OF GOD IS THE BEGINNING OF WISDOM: BUT FOOLS DESPISE WISDOM AND INSTRUCTION.
So Joann Rosario repent and do not go back to sinning again intentionally against God and fooling the people of God with the songs you claim to sing to our God and Saviour Jesus Christ in whom you are suppose to fear (reverence) and respect and not be sinning against intentionally.
And so Joann Rosario REPENT, and YIELD TO THE HOLY SPIRIT AND LET GOD CREATE IN YOU A CLEAN HEART. Be Obedient to Our Lord, and God Jesus Christ in Every Area Of Your Life.

Also in the Bible the word of God says in 1 Corinthians 6:12-20 that “OUR BODY IS THE TEMPLE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AND SO WE SHOULD FLEE FORNICATION AND EVERY SEXUAL IMMORALITIES AND SIN.
And anyone that disrespect the prophets of God and says they are out of their mind and does not respect the Word of God from the prophet of God about HOLINESS AND REPENTANCE, and about HAVING A CONTRITE AND A BROKEN HEART FOR THE LORD OUR GOD shows why they have no Respect and Fear (Reverence) for the Lord Our God Jesus Christ, which therefore is why some people sin intentionally and are not Obedient to God. So the Holy Spirit is saying, “Joann Rosario YIELD TO THE HOLY SPIRIT AND BE OBEDIENT TO GOD IN EVERY AREA OF YOUR LIFE AND LET GOD CREATE IN YOU A CLEAN HEART”.
The Holy Spirit says the problem with some of these Christians who claim to do the work of God is that people like you keep praising them in their sin instead of exposing their sin for them to be able to repent and come out of their sins. If you don’t stop praising them in their sins then they will be able to keep sinning intentionally whilst claiming to work for God who says that “GO AND SIN NO MORE“ after Salvation and Deliverance. You have to stop treating them like Celebrities because there need to be a holiness and purity difference between Christians and the people in the World. Some of these Christians who claim to work for God and are Praised, Hailed Up, and Treated Like Celebrities in the World when we Hear Disgracing News about them that they have fallen, and people start to say things like there’s no difference between the Marriages in the Church and the World because there’s divorce in the Church as there is divorce in the World, then all these things is a disgrace to the Body Of Christ The Church, And this does not bring any Glory to God in their Life Style. So it is better to tell these people The Gospel Truth in The Love Of Christ Jesus before they end up disgracing the whole Church which is the Body Of Christ. The Word of God says we should not sin because of the Grace of God and we should Present Our Body and Life Holy and Acceptable Unto God, And we should let the World see the Holy Jesus Christ in us because Jesus Christ is coming back very soon!!! Be Blessed because only our Loving God, Father, and Saviour Jesus Christ chastises and corrects his children from danger and sin into Salvation, Deliverance, Righteousness, Holiness, and Safety!!!

So Whosoever Believes in Jesus Christ and Accept Him as their Lord and Saviour and Love Him with all their Heart and Repent of all their sins, God will forgive them their sins and The Blood of Jesus Christ will Cleanse Them From All Their Sins and they shall be Saved and have Eternal Life, and Become the Children Of God Just Like Jesus Christ. So after being Saved and Born again God’s Holy Spirit Helps us to “SIN NO MORE” by us YIELDING TO THE HOLY SPIRIT AND BEING OBEDIENT TO GOD IN EVERY AREA OF OUR LIVES. I have been a discerner for years and have never come across something as aggregious as your words. God has shown me many things about people’s lives and I would never do what you have done. Joann Rosario you had this intimate relationship with Coco Brother who initially was about to marry another woman called ‘Z’. Coco Brother then had to cancel the marriage with the woman called ‘Z’ and Coco Brother left the woman called ‘Z’ that he was going to marry.
Joann Rosario after fornicating and having sex with Coco Brother you got pregnant out of Wedlock. So Joann Rosario You and Coco Brother Got Pregnant Out Of Wedlock before the two of you married in December 2008, and so you should repent. Some people look on the outside of a person but God looks in the Inside of the Heart of each person so repent and let God make the Inside of your Heart look Clean and beautiful and to look just like Jesus Christ because Jesus Christ is coming back very soon. Don’t think that you can fool the people of God and sin in secret and hide it and keep covering it up thinking that if no one knows about your sins you are alright. So it is better to tell these people The Gospel Truth in The Love Of Christ Jesus before they end up disgracing the whole Church which is the Body Of Christ. Coco Brother then had to cancel the marriage with the woman called ‘Z’ and Coco Brother left the woman called ‘Z’ that he was going to marry.
Joann Rosario after fornicating and having sex with Coco Brother you got pregnant out of Wedlock. So Joann Rosario You and Coco Brother Got Pregnant Out Of Wedlock before the two of you married in December 2008, and so you should repent. NONE of us are without sin and have to go to God for repentance constantly. So you have no place to judge Mr. & Mrs. Condrey. Furthermore, TRUE men of God do not conduct themselves in this manner nor demean their integrity to the level that you have reduced yours to numerous times on this blog. I agree with The True Prophet Samuel of Jesus Christ our God, because I am also a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ like Prophet Samuel and I know Prophet Samuel personally to be a True, Obedient, and Honest Prophet of our God Jesus Christ. Prophet Samuel only told the Truth of the words that God gave him to say and prophesy.
Joann Rosario (Condrey) and Corey Condrey (CoCo Brother) marriage is not a good example to use as born again Christian marriages unless if you are talking about people who are not Christians and they fornicate and sleep around with men and get pregnant out of wedlock before getting married in less than a year. So Joann Rosario (Condrey) and Corey Condrey (CoCo Brother) did not set a good example as Christians by fornicating and having sex with each other before marriage and getting pregnant out of wedlock before they got married in 31st December 2008. So Joann Rosario (Condrey) and Corey Condrey (CoCo Brother) should repent of their sins of sexual immorality and stop misleading the baby Christians, because anyone who Is fully grown as a born again Christian will know the bible which is the word of God and cannot be misled by people who claim to do the work of Jesus Christ but are disobedient to the word of God and they are hypocrites and their life styles do not glorify God. Because as born again christians you shouldn’t be dating people like how people in the World just date anyone just for the purpose of dating and fornicating and having intimate relationships outside of marriage. But as born again christians you should first of all pray and ask God to give you the person He wants you to marry. So therefore after fasting and praying and seeking God for the person you want to marry and when God provide the person He wants you to marry according to the will of God, then you can now proceed with the process of marriage according to the word of God after getting God’s approval to go ahead with the marriage. So therefore if it is the will of God and if God tells you to marry the person he wants you to marry in less than a year then you can do so. You should not just be dating anyone that God has not told you that he/she is the person that God wants you to marry according to His will, and the word of God says no intimate and sexual relationship before marriage. WOW!!!!!! I just happen upon this site while trying to get an inspirational message. Which is what it appears to be needed for the sake of Christian manners. Come on, think of the lack of compassion, consideration, and content of character for the persons being crucified. Just as the “WORD” of God in the bible says present your bodies and lives as a living sacrifice, Holy, and Acceptable unto God; within those pages are many words, phrases , and statements from God namely to mention: “For we were all born in sin”…Let he/she who is without sin cast the first stone” …”Judge not…lest ye be judged. We all have an appointed time with God and that is when we will be judged. So please think of what it would be like if these critical and cruel accusations had our name and face attached to them. Whatever has happened has happened: and now is the time to move forward. God has not asked and does not need us to to be judge or jury. True, no one is above the Law and the Word however; we must all remeber there is only 1 God, 1 Judge and 1 Deliverer. We are all our FATHER’S children. God will do what has to be done in His time. And it is The Truth that as born again christian marriages Joann Rosario (Condrey) and Corey Condrey (CoCo Brother) marriage is not a good example to use in these instance as born again christian marriages unless if you are talking about people who are not christians and they fornicate and sleep around with men and get pregnant out of wedlock before getting married in a rush in less than a year. Because as born again christians you shouldn’t be dating people like how people in the World just date anyone just for the purpose of dating and fornicating and having intimate relationships outside of marriage, and having sex and getting pregnant out of wedlock. I know this is late, however, this so called Prophet Samuel and his friends really need help!
No one knows what transpired between any of the afore mentioned parties and no one ever will but God, and HE and HE alone, judges, condemns, forgives and gives us life! And, with that gift that HE has given unto ALL man, HE gave us choices.
All who know the word of God, understand his commands, if we are diobedient then HE and again HE alone deals with us accordingly.
We don’t know if anyone did anything, or if in the process they asked God forgiveness, but what we DO know is the word of our Lord and Savior and to seek it all we have to do is read IT!!!

Matthew 18:15-17 talks about how you should deal with situations where you have been offended. I did have sex out of wedlock & married my husband before we got married while I was in the church and saved. We were totally wrong & both my husband & I knew better and that is was not in God’s will for us to live in this way, ultimately we paid a price of being punished for God says he look over his word to perform it. He say when we have sex out of wed lock that we sin against our own bodies. While these sins are wrong there are so many things that we have need of repenting for. NO! Do not practice sin and continue to repent for the same sins continually, but do turn away from these sins & walk in deliverance whole heartedly because all causes is more of a destructive, sorrowful and imbalanced lifestyle and seperation from the Lord. In time this couple (The Condrey’s) may tell what happened in their personal life but let it be God’s timing and not of those that are demanding an answer, thats even if God will for them to confess it to the public or to their family or close friends. Let it be God’s will.I did not ever tell all my family of this but I still have confessed to many and more importantly to God and I think he is muched pleased. God’s forgiveness outways the forgivreness of man. His corrections and chastisements are out of love, and His mercies are excellent and do endure forever.

If GOD really revealed this to you, I’m sure that you were suppose to just pray for her, or if He told you to tell it, you were only suppose to tell it to her. If GOD truly gave it to you, that prophetic word was suppose to be for her and her only. My pastor is a prophetess, and everything that she prophesies is not for everyone to hear. Many times, I see her prophesy to people in their ears and not on the mic. I hope that you have really sought GOD and that you are not lying on GOD…the prophetic gift is nothing to play with…GOD is not a toy…make sure that you are hearing from GOD and that you obey everything that He is telling you.

I agree with Keziah, I think the Prohpet and “The Truth will set u free” are the same person as well, same writing style…but I digress, my main reason for commenting is that CoCo Brother was on the One Love Gospel Cruise, I was also on it, every night he did a live taping of his radio show, one night someone asked abt the baby, and he said he missed both his wife and baby, and they said he could bring them nxt yr, but I think he thought they said this yr and he said, the baby is only 7 months old…this was the wk of April 12, 2010, so there is no way the baby was born in Feb2010 as stated by several ppl above, I just wanted to clarify that since I heard that come out of his mouth with my own ears. It is a possibility that she got preganant on her wedding night (12/31/08) and had her baby 8-9 months later (Sept/Oct 09), that is possible but most likely not probable. In a situation like this everyone is going to count the months, come on, that’s just what we do, so there’s really no reason to lie abt it and the bottomline is God already knows. I will not say anything against the “prophet”, but when I say, what would Jesus do in this situation, this does not come to mind…this seems very malicious, I don’t recall Jesus behaving this way.

What really saddens me about this blog is that another reader saw this and may have assumed that all Christians are gossipers and hypocrites. I hate to see us tear down one another with our words. I am a huge fan of both Joann and Corey and feel that their ministires have done so much to bring young people to Christ. Furthermore, even if they did sin, who hasn’t??? Holiness is a lifestyle that we must all strive for and I seriously doubt that God revealed Joann’s”personal” sins to you (Prophet Samuel, Susan, and Alexander, whom all seem to be the same person) and asked you to broadcast them all over the Internet. Why don’t we all focus on serving God for ourselves and let Him worry about judging sinners.

The Pharisees did everything according to “the law”, but thank God for his son JESUS who came in the flesh and knew no sin. He preached to the Pharisees and Sadducees but they turned a deaf ear and would not listen. They were highly educated in the word and some were prophets. They were the Gods of their society. People feared them because they judged people and even killed them. Eventually, they were the ones who had Jesus killed because they did not want to hear the truth. They (pharisees and sadducees) called him a blasphemer. Jesus, being so humble said father forgive them for they know not what they do!

My point is they (Pharisees and Sadducees) thought they were doing the will of God, but they had been deceived by Satan. So deceived that Jesus came in the flesh and they saw him, spoke to him, touched him, he performed miracles, brought people from the dead and they STILL would not listen to, hear, or believe what Jesus was saying but instead condemned him.
This is why Jesus said all through new testament “he that hath ears to hear, let him hear”.
He said let he that is without sin among you cast the first stone at her(woman in adultry).
I was in the sin of adultury. I had many affairs on my husband. Too many to count, but He saved me one day and I Thank God there is no comdemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus!
Pray for the sinners and speak the truth in love and humility. God Loves You!

I have read some of these postings and must say that they are very disturbing. It amazes me that people are so focused on the lives of others that they loose sight of what God wants them to do with their own lives. We serve a mighty and an awesome God! He already know what, when and how we will mess up. So wether Joann and Coco had sex prior to marriage, that is no ones business but theirs and Gods, they have to pay for their sins and God will handle the discipline. It is not my or your job to defame or murder anyones character. Focus on yourself and do what pleases God. Being nosey and mean is not part of being a Christian. I am a babe in Christ and I must say I am very disappointed in some of the things I have read here. To someone who is struggling with their Faith some of the information provided here could be detrimental to them. So let’s all be careful about what we write, wether it is personal info about yourself or your thoughts or feeling about someone else, you could casue serious harm to someone without meaning to or trying to.

I am so floored what on earth are people thinking!
First off yes there was a sin, sex was the sin, out of the sex came a pure holy baby that has no sin to it what so ever. The parents sin doesn’t effect this child it only effects the 2adult people here. This began said the sin was covered by love what I mean is love covers the multitude of sin the child is love now this is what made their union to become a holy union is the 2 adult people realize that they did make a mistake however they got married and became obedient to the lord God; God for gave them, he gave a blessing to them both; for making it right! Therefore the person who was referring to joann as a light bright get a hold of yourself God doesn’t live by color he lives by love. The word is God an awesome God u dig? In addition all the people who were bashing them ask yourself did you talk to them in love or was it hate spite… To be honest I couldn’t hear nothing just ignorance haters confusion drama gossip jealousy rage& anger. God is not to be misrepresented… Leave these 2 people alone let God work it out for them stay in prayer because as we know prayer changes things. Heavenly father cover these 2 people who became obedient to your holy word keep your hand over them as they continue to be in your sight and do your will… Also Lord I pray for the people who persecute them please give them the love and joy that they need to have in their hearts Amen Amen Amen!!!!

For all those reading the Bible — They got married, they are no longer sinning, God has forgiven them, and it is time for us to stop trying to out-think God. I see those following the false prophet yelling REPENT. How do you know they have not been on their knees before God, already? Just assuming you know the story is not enough. When David’s child died on the seventh day, David “arose from the earth, and washed, and anointed himself and came into the House of the Lord, and worshipped.”
Can we deny this couple from this example on how to handle this very personal matter? Please people, let us allow God the last word.

I think that the body of Christ has fallen into a state of hypocracy in the sense that the “Holier than Thous”, find fault in all others yet hide their sin. This is true ever more so, with even a large majority of the ministers and famous Christian and non Christian men being on the “Down Low”. The Body of Christ needs to get it’s act together, for there is a Judgement coming to the “House of God”. We cannot have a revival in a FILTHY Church. The thing is that Ministers get up and don’t share their struggles so therefore there is no accountability until the “issue” hits the news. Then also the “Body of Christ”, has become so vicious and gossip loving and slandering, that who can one really turn to for help without the fear of being betrayed? Regarding the Condreys, if they sinned I am sure they have repented and they did what was right by getting married. If God accepts their repentance, who are any of us to first of all Slander them, but second of all Judge them. My prayer for them is that God touches and blesses their lives, and turns what may have started out as sin to be an AWESOME testimony of the Goodness of our God!!!!

Please go to the NPR website today, http://www.npr.org/search/index.php?searchinput=dick+gordon and check out the Dick Gordon show. Today he interviewed two ex-convicts who turned their lives around. The story is very interesting. They talked about how at one point they were in two different gangs and how at one point in their lives, they had bounties out on each other. They also talked about how when they got out of prison and while trying to turn their lives around in a community college, they met each other again and have become born again believers, and no longer consider each other enemies, but brothers. One has even gone on to produce a Christian rap song. I don’t do their stories any justice. So what I would strongly suggest is you please go out and check out their story on NPR, the Dick Gordon show. It was featured today on NPR at 1pm. here in Raleigh/Durham NC. Again, I’m sure their story is available on the NPR website today to listen to as well.
